Before First Use
Read the supplied manual and all precautions before first use. Complete the recommended skin-sensitivity check before starting regular use. Fully charge the controller, then disconnect it from the charger.
1 · Cleanse
Remove makeup and skincare products. Cleanse your face and pat it dry before fitting the mask.
2 · Fit the Mask
Fit the eye protectors and attach the adjustable straps as shown in the manual. Position the mask comfortably over your face and secure the straps. Keep your eyes closed during treatment.
3 · Connect the Controller
Connect the mask to the rechargeable controller using the mask connection cable. Make sure the connection is secure. Do not connect the controller to a charger during use.
4 · Choose Your Mode & Intensity
Press and hold the controller’s power button for 2 seconds to switch on. Short-press it to cycle through the red, blue and yellow programmes. Press the + button to choose an intensity level, starting with the lowest setting.
5 · Relax During the Cycle
Settle comfortably while the selected programme runs. The mask switches off automatically after its 10-minute cycle. Stop use if you experience irritation or discomfort; seek advice if it persists.

Wavelength & Colour
Five wavelengths across three programmes. Red (633 nm), blue (460 nm) or yellow (590 nm) light is paired with both 830 nm and 1072 nm near-infrared. These invisible near-infrared wavelengths are included automatically in every mode.
Irradiance (Power Density)
Three intensity levels to personalise your routine. Irradiance describes light power per unit area, in mW/cm². A useful measurement should identify the programme, intensity level, distance and measuring position—not just the device’s electrical wattage.

The mask uses five specified wavelengths: 460nm blue, 590nm yellow, 633nm red, 830nm near-infrared and 1072nm near-infrared. Each of its three programmes combines one visible colour with both near-infrared wavelengths.
Red light at 633nm is visible. The 830nm and 1072nm near-infrared wavelengths are invisible to the human eye. In this mask, both near-infrared wavelengths accompany every red, blue or yellow programme.
This model is designed for the face and does not include a separate neck device. For neck coverage, compare the coverage and configuration of a dedicated face-and-neck product.
Each preset cycle runs for 10 minutes and ends with automatic shut-off. Follow the supplied manual’s treatment guidance rather than repeatedly restarting the device to extend a session.
The manual recommends starting with 2–3 sessions per week. Begin at the lowest intensity and follow the precautions. Consult a skincare professional if you have a specific skin condition or concerns about suitability.
830nm and 1072nm near-infrared light are not visible to the human eye. The absence of a visible glow from those light points does not, by itself, mean the mask is faulty. Contact VanqHeal if the visible mode lights or controller do not work as expected.
