Daily Treatment Steps
Step 1 · Cleanse
Wash and thoroughly dry your face and neck. Remove all makeup to prevent any reaction with light-sensitive ingredients.

Step 2 · Assemble
Attach the left and right blindfolds, then connect the adjustable straps for a secure, comfortable fit.

Step 3 · Power & Select
Plug in the controller, press and hold the P/B button to turn on. Choose your desired light mode and set the timer (1–90 min).

Step 4 · Treat & Relax
Put on the mask, keep your eyes closed (use an extra eye mask if the light feels too strong). Relax for 10–20 minutes.

After Care
Wipe the silicone mask with a damp cloth; hand-wash the elastic band separately. Store back in the box, away from direct sun.
